[目的]测定唑菌酯原药对大鼠的急性吸入毒性,求出半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),为急性吸入毒性分级。[方法]参照OECD化学品测试指南中急性吸入毒性试验(NO.403,2009),以SD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠为试验动物,对唑菌酯原药进行急性吸入毒性试验。[结果]唑菌酯原药对SD大鼠急性吸入毒性试验LC_(50)值:雄性137 mg/m~3(4 h),雌性195 mg/m~3(4 h)。[结论]根据全球化学品统一分类与标签制度(GHS)大鼠急性吸入毒性分级标准,唑菌酯原药急性吸入毒性为2级,该结论为唑菌酯的安全使用提供了依据。
[Objective] To determine the acute inhalation toxicity of pyraclostrobin to rats and to find the median lethal concentration (LC_ (50)), which is acute inhalation toxicity grade. [Method] Acute inhalation toxicity test of pyraclostrobin was carried out according to the Acute Inhalation Toxicity Test (NO.403, 2009) in the OECD Guide for Testing of Chemical Products and SD (Sprague Dawley) rats. [Results] The LC 50 value of the pyriform ester drug against acute inhalation toxicity in SD rats: male 137 mg / m ~ 3 (4 h) and female 195 mg / m ~ 3 (4 h). [Conclusion] According to the grading standard of acute inhalation toxicity of GHS in rats, the acute toxicity of pyraclostrobin is 2 levels. This conclusion provides the basis for the safe use of pyraclostrobin.
