目前酪氨酸的荧光测定法多用内源荧光,该法荧光产率小,灵敏度低。本文提出了利用国产930型荧光光度计在乙醇存在下,酪氨酸与α-亚硝基-β萘酚反应直接水相荧光法测定酪氨酸的方法。本法灵敏度较高,量子产率(φ)为0.20,测定下限为0.004μgTYr/ml,再现性和准确度也较好,实验表明,
The current tyrosine fluorescence assay with endogenous fluorescence, the fluorescence yield, sensitivity and low. This paper presents a method for the determination of tyrosine by direct aqueous fluorometry using tyrosine and α-nitroso-β-naphthol in the presence of ethanol by a domestic 930 fluorophotometer. The sensitivity of this method is higher, the quantum yield (φ) is 0.20, the lower limit of determination is 0.004 μgTYr / ml, and the reproducibility and accuracy are also good.
