西安电缆厂是以生产通讯电缆为主的国有大型企业。从1993年起,我厂本着“适应市场,加强管理”的宗旨,重点围绕企业如何提高内部经济核算质量及筹集资金两大工作任务,不断进行企业财务改革,通过组建并完善内部银行,逐步形成能够适应现代企业管理要求,不断推进企业内部经营管理的厂内经济核算体系。一、内部银行的组建和完善可以分为三个阶段:1、1993年到1994年中为第一阶段。
