The expression of P53 gene and the proliferation of hepatoma cells induced by transfection of recombinant human adenovirus vector (BB 10 2 ) carrying human wild-type P53, GM CSF and B7 1 gene into BEL 7402, HLE and HuH 7 liver cancer cells were observed. At different times after transfection of BB 10 2 with hepatoma, the number of viable cells was counted by trypan blue staining, and the expression of P53 gene was detected by immunohistochemistry. TdT
