利用抗Ｔ细胞单克隆抗体对老年人牙周炎患者牙龈组织内Ｔ细胞及亚群进行定性、定量研究，同时以成人牙周炎组、健康老年组作为对照。结果发现，老年人牙周炎患者总Ｔ细胞数及抑制性Ｔ细胞数均低，指出老年人牙周炎患者可能存在局部免疫抑制功能低下。
The anti-T cell monoclonal antibody was used to qualitatively and quantitatively study T cells and subpopulations in gingival tissues of patients with periodontitis in the elderly. At the same time, adult periodontitis group and healthy aged group were used as control. The results showed that the elderly patients with periodontitis total T cells and T cells were low, indicating that elderly patients with periodontitis may have local immunosuppression dysfunction.
