无砂混凝土小桩后处理技术,对于处理软弱路基以及进行高速公路拓宽,具有明显的效果。通过工程实例,介绍其工后效果。建立有限元数值模型,分析粉喷桩和无砂混凝土小桩的受力、路基土体的超孔隙水压力变化以及路堤的变形特点,验证了其使用的有效性。通过参数分析,得到了该技术使用时土体的适用条件,并分析了粉喷桩以及无砂混凝土小桩在不同桩长、桩间距情况下的沉降、孔压以及桩土应力比的一般规律。
Non-sand concrete post-processing technology for the treatment of weak embankment and highway widening, with significant results. Through the case of engineering, introduce its post-employment effect. The finite element numerical model is established to analyze the force of powder sprayed pile and non-sand concrete pile, the change of excess pore water pressure of subgrade soil and the deformation characteristics of embankment, and the validity of its application is verified. Through the parameter analysis, the applicable conditions of the soil body when the technology is used are obtained, and the general rule of settlement, pore pressure and pile-soil stress ratio of the DJM pile and the non-sand concrete pile under different pile lengths and pile spacing are analyzed .
