英语有效学习评价能为学生英语学习提供直接的评价标准,不仅在实践上能客观判定学生英语学习以及学习策略的好坏,在理论研究上也能把英语学习策略的理论研究与实证紧密结合起来,具有一定的学术价值和实际意义。因此,文章在灰靶决策理论基础上,结合主成分分析方法与网络层次分析模型,构建了一个有效集结教师信息的英语有效学习结果评价模型,该模型解决了原有英语有效学习评价中数据指标相关的问题以及教师信息集结的问题。把该模型进一步运用到大学生英语有效学习综合评价中,模型的可行性和实用性也得到了证实。
