在满足当前居住条件的前提下,关于大板住宅装修与小构件如何适应工业化的要求,谈一点肤浅的认识。 在大板住宅的设计中,模数与参数的制定对于减少板型起着重要作用。当室内不设任何附加构件时,以一梯三户五开间住宅为例,其主体构件约为29种。如按一般设预埋铁件连接方式设置小构件时,板型要大量增加。如我们在1976年设计的“76ZB-1”住宅有64种主体构件,“77-1”住宅有74种构件,“78-1”住宅
Under the premise of satisfying the current living conditions, we will talk about superficial understanding about how large-scale residential decoration and small components meet the requirements of industrialization. In the design of large-scale residential houses, the formulation of modulus and parameters plays an important role in reducing the plate shape. When there are no additional components in the room, taking a three-family and five-family residential house as an example, the main components are about 29 kinds. If a small component is set by the connection method of a general embedded iron member, the plate type is greatly increased. For example, the “76ZB-1” house we designed in 1976 has 64 kinds of main body components, and the “77-1” house has 74 kinds of components and “78-1” houses.
