通过调研、研究高职院校近年来对“校中厂、厂中校”校企合作模式的具体做法,分析建筑产品、职业背景及高职土建类专业教学的特点,以省重点建筑工程专业群为例,分析建筑工程专业群职业能力构成,围绕工程能力培养为核心,以“333”职场情境教学模式为特色,探索以“厂中校、校中厂”为路径的高职土建专业群产教融合交互式实践教学体系的建设,从而为土建大类专业实践教学体系的改革起到参考借鉴作用。
