1997年以前,武汉市建材工业总公司下属10家工业企业大多数处于停产、半停产状态。企业债务包袱沉重,实有总资产8亿多元,负债7.7亿元,负债率为95.5%。面对难以为继的局面,公司努力寻求中小国企“牵一发动全身”的改革脱困之法。 总公司在围绕产权制度改革的过程中,根据各企业现有资产规模、人员状况、产品结构等实际,因企制宜,运用多种方式弥补过去改革的不足,探索出一套“另起炉灶”的改制途径。
Before 1997, most of the 10 industrial enterprises affiliated to Wuhan Building Materials Industrial Corporation were in the state of being discontinued and half-stopped. Corporate debt burden is heavy, the actual total assets of more than 800 million yuan, liabilities of 770 million yuan, the debt ratio was 95.5%.
