叶片是燃气发动机的重要零件,每台发动机叶片的数量很多,有的可达1000片以上,由于其加工工艺复杂,工装数量多,要求性能高,已成为有关工厂冷热加工的关键问题之一。发动机叶片要求在很高的使用温度范围内具有:较高的屈服强度、持久强度、抗蠕变能力,较高的抗疲劳能力,较高的断裂韧性和较好的组织稳定性。国内外的发动机工厂,对叶片生产工艺进行过大量深入的研究,有许多成熟的经验.我们结合工厂的实际情况。发展了一种高速热挤压新工艺(见题头图),经过不断改进,已在燃气轮机叶片生产中实际应用,并器证了叶片有良好的机械性能,叶片材料为1cr11Ni2w2MoV。
