引言为了满足光学图形传感器能够实时取得光学调整和图形误差数据的要求,研制了本文所描述的干涉仪。只有用这样的传感器,才能连续自动地调整大型望远镜系统的主镜。这种干涉仪对于在相当短的时间内需要大量数据点的光学计量情况也是有用的。
Introduction In order to meet the requirements of optical image sensors to obtain optical adjustment and graphic error data in real time, the interferometer described in this paper has been developed. Only with such a sensor can the main mirror of a large telescope system be continuously and automatically adjusted. This interferometer is also useful for optical metrology situations that require a large number of data points in a relatively short period of time.
