目前,许多航运企业因节能工作、能量平衡工作、企业上等级工作、船舶技术改造或船舶设计工作的需要,都在开展船舶油耗的测试工作。然而船舶的油耗测试,除少数大型航运企业和专门试验单位有精度较高、设备齐全的测试手段外,绝大多数企业都是用天平砝码称量法(常规测试方法)来进行的。笔者根据亲自参与的几次船舶油耗测试情况得知,这种常规测试方法存在着比较多的问题,会产生较大的误差,影响测试精度。下面笔者就有关问题作一探讨。一、船舶油耗常规测试方法传统的船舶油耗测量方法即在原船舶柴油主机的燃油供给油路中接一个三通,三通一路接原油箱,一路接天平中的量杯吸管,
At present, many shipping companies are conducting tests on ship fuel consumption because of energy conservation work, energy balance work, enterprise level work, ship technology reformation or the need of ship design work. However, the fuel consumption test of the ship, with the exception of a few large shipping companies and specialized test units, has a more accurate and fully equipped test method.
