目的分析CT诊断新生儿颅内出血的可行性及影像学表现。方法选取医院收治的颅内出血患者50例为研究对象,对患儿临床资料进行回顾分析。分别应用常规超声及CT 2种检查方法对患儿进行诊断。以最终诊断结果为依据,对2种检查方法下诊断结果的符合率进行观察。结果 CT检查对脑室内出血、脑实质出血、脑室管膜下出血及蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断符合率分别为96.00%(24/25)、100.00%(10/10)、87.50%(7/8)、以及100.00%(7/7),均高于超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CT诊断新生儿颅内出血的效果确切,可根据影像学表现对出血部位进行准确判断,符合率高于常规超声,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the feasibility and imaging features of CT diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods Fifty patients with intracranial hemorrhage admitted to the hospital were selected as the research object, and the clinical data of the children were retrospectively analyzed. Respectively using conventional ultrasound and CT 2 kinds of examination methods for diagnosis of children. Based on the final diagnosis, the coincidence rates of the two diagnosis methods were observed. Results The coincidence rates of CT examination on intraventricular hemorrhage, intraparenchymal hemorrhage, subependymal hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage were 96.00% (24/25), 100.00% (10/10), 87.50% (7/8) ), And 100.00% (7/7), both higher than ultrasound examination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion CT diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage is exact, according to the imaging findings of the bleeding site to accurately determine the coincidence rate is higher than conventional ultrasound, worthy of clinical application.
