介绍了武汉钢铁(集团)公司LD→RH→CC工艺生产的DC06和DC04冷轧深冲钢中T.O、N及夹杂物含量的变化情况。在RH合金化3 min、精炼结束、中包和铸坯中T.O质量分数,DC06钢为77.08×10-6、44.98×10-6、44.38×10-6和24.23×10-6;DC04钢为69.35×10-6、41.55×10-6、38.05×10-6和23.55×10-6。氮含量在RH精炼过程略有降低,在浇铸过程略有增氮。RH处理和浇铸过程中夹杂物去除率,DC06钢为44.0%和32.7%;DC04钢为24.4%和12.1%,铸坯中单位面积的显微夹杂物在距铸坯内弧侧1/4处较多。提出了控制夹杂物的措施,对武钢冷轧深冲用洁净钢的生产有一定的指导意义。
The changes of T.O, N and inclusions in DC06 and DC04 cold rolled deep drawing steel produced by LD → RH → CC process of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company were introduced.
