2.6机械性能图6示出了不同CB用量下硫化胶硬度(a)、100%定伸应力(b)以及300%定伸应力(c)随超声波振幅的变化。随超声波波振幅增大,硬度、100%和300%定伸应力在某一超声波振幅下达到最大值,之后随超声波振幅的进一步增大而下降。硫化胶这些特性随超声波振幅的变化与交联密度随振幅的变化类似。图7示出了100%定伸应力与交联密度间的关系。显然,不同CB含量下硫化胶100%定伸应力与交联密度呈线性关系。
2.6 Mechanical Properties Figure 6 shows the variation of the vulcanizate hardness (a), 100% modulus (b) and 300% modulus (c) with ultrasonic amplitude for different amounts of CB. As the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave increases, the ultimate tensile strength at 100% and 300% reaches the maximum value at an ultrasonic amplitude, and then decreases with the increase of the ultrasonic amplitude. These characteristics of the vulcanizates change with the amplitude of the cross-link density as the amplitude of the amplitude changes. Figure 7 shows the relationship between 100% modulus and cross-link density. Obviously, under different CB contents, the vulcanizate 100% modulus of elasticity has a linear relationship with the crosslinking density.
