通过工业试验研究了6流非对称40t中间包不加挡墙、加挡墙和同时加挡墙挡坝对82A帘线钢Φ5.5 mm盘条夹杂物数量和尺寸的影响。金相检验和电解夹杂物分析结果表明,中间包不加挡墙,近流盘条中夹杂物数量多且尺寸大;加挡墙后,近流盘条中夹杂物数量明显减少且尺寸减小,但远流盘条中夹杂物数量增多且尺寸较大;当加挡墙和挡坝,远流和近流盘条中夹杂物数量和尺寸均明显下降。
The influence of 6-flow asymmetric 40t tundish without retaining wall, adding retaining wall and retaining wall retaining dam on the number and size of Φ5.5 mm wire rod inclusions in 82A cord steel was studied through industrial experiments. Metallographic examination and analysis of electrolytic inclusions showed that there was no retaining wall in the tundish and the number of inclusions in the near-flow coil was large and the size was large.
