通过四步合成步骤,制得了含有羟基的油溶性紫精。该紫精可以和聚(丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)以及异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)经热固化形成电致变色器件的工作电极。二茂铁甲醇、聚(丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)、异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)经热固化形成电致变色器件的对电极。工作电极、对电极和中间的凝胶电解质形成全固态的电致变色器件。此器件变色第一个阈值电压为1.0V,第二个阈值电压为1.5V,着色时间为12s,对比度△T%在545nm处达到92.7%。褪色电压为-1.5V时,褪色时间为74s,具有良好的循环可逆循环性能。
Through a four-step synthetic procedure, oil-soluble violins containing hydroxyl groups were prepared. The viologen can be thermally cured with poly (ethyl acrylate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and isophorone-diisocyanate (IPDI) to form a working electrode for electrochromic devices. Ferrocenemethanol, poly (ethyl acrylate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate), isophorone-diisocyanate (IPDI) are thermally cured to form the counter electrode of the electrochromic device. The working electrode, the counter electrode, and the middle gel electrolyte form an all solid state electrochromic device. The first threshold voltage of this device was 1.0V, the second threshold voltage was 1.5V, the coloring time was 12s, and the contrast △ T% reached 92.7% at 545nm. Fading voltage of -1.5V, the fading time of 74s, with good cycle reversible cycling performance.
