新形势下技工学校的德育工作面临着重视程度不够与课程内容单一枯燥等现状,有效推进此项工作需要多措并举。基于对社会因素、教育环境以及学校、家庭和学生的联系等的分析,做了如下探索:创新德育工作实施的内容;健全评价体系;提高教师的德育水平。 Under the new situation, the moral education in technical schools faces the current situation that the degree of emphasis is not enough and the curriculum content is single and boring. To effectively promote this work, we need to take a multi-measure approach. Based on the analysis of social factors, education environment and the connections among schools, families and students, we made the following exploration: innovating the content of the implementation of moral education; improving the evaluation system; and improving teachers’ moral education.
