从企业家才能形成的角度出发,企业家才能包括素质、知识和能力。在现代社会,天赋是能否成为企业家的关键。由于不能把天赋纳入其分析框架,利用人力资本理论分析企业家才能问题并不可行,而且意义有限。利用马克思主义理论分析企业家才能问题提供了一种新的研究思路,为建立有效的国有企业经营者遴选、激励和约束制度奠定了理论基础,并可进一步论证国有企业与市场经济的可兼容性。
From the perspective of the formation of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs can include quality, knowledge and ability. In modern society, talent is the key to becoming an entrepreneur. Since talent can not be incorporated into its analytical framework, it is not feasible to use the theory of human capital to analyze entrepreneurial talent, and its meaning is limited. It provides a new research idea to analyze the problem of entrepreneurial talent using Marxist theory and lays a theoretical foundation for establishing an effective system for selecting, encouraging and restraining the managers of state-owned enterprises. It can further demonstrate the compatibility of state-owned enterprises with the market economy .
