针对齿轮箱较为复杂的振动与噪声特性,提出一种黏滞阻尼器安装于齿轮轴进行振动控制。搭建了黏滞阻尼器齿轮减速箱实验台,对黏滞阻尼器作用于齿轮轴系的减振特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该黏滞阻尼器能有效抑制齿轮轴系啮合振动的各频率成分以及齿轮在各种转速下的振动,减振幅度高达50%,且减振频带宽;对齿轮径向和轴向振动均有良好的减振特性;对比阻尼器不同安装位置的减振效果,阻尼器安装于箱体内部的轴系整体减振效果略好于其安装在箱体外的伸出端轴段。
Aiming at the complicated vibration and noise characteristics of the gearbox, a viscous damper is proposed to be mounted on the gear shaft for vibration control.
