如何防止脑缺血性损伤仍是一个棘手问题。作者对脑部低温的脑保护作用进行了研究。方法和结果将温差电偶植入前脑缺血的大鼠脑部,使脑温可以单独调变。当大脑半球温度控制在36℃时,CA_1层海马锥体细胞Ⅱ~Ⅲ度损伤达100%,控制在34℃时为20%,33℃及30℃时为0%。结果呈现脑缺血性损伤的程度明显受脑温的影响。此后作进一步研究:在氟烷麻醉下夹闭大鼠双侧颈动脉加全身
How to prevent cerebral ischemic injury is still a thorny issue. The authors studied the brain protective effect of hypothermia in the brain. Methods and Results Thermocouples were implanted into the forebrain ischemia rat brain so that brain temperature could be modulated independently. When the cerebral hemisphere temperature was controlled at 36 ℃, the hippocampal pyramidal neurons in the CA_1 layer damaged by Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree up to 100%, the control was 20% at 34 ℃ and 0% at 33 ℃ and 30 ℃. The results showed that the extent of ischemic injury was significantly affected by cerebral temperature. After further study: in halothane anesthesia bilateral bilateral carotid artery plus body
