信息技术在公路工程管理应用是21世纪公路工程管理的重要课题,是提高项目经济效益和生产效率,达到为项目增值的目的,将以往公路工程项目管理的经验与教训中有价值的组织信息、管理信息、经济信息、技术信息用于公路工程目标控制中,通过信息技术实现公路工程信息资源共享和在线共同的项目管理。本文阐述了施工企业在以业主为核心作为一个门户加入项目信息门户(Project Information Portai—PIP),同时以企业为核心建立管理信息系统(Mmanagement Information sytem—MIS),以各职能部门为网点组建项目管理的局域网、城域网和广域网,施工项目部根据施工企业信息手册要求,结合实际项目内容建立网点,从而实现项目的“三控”(成本控制、进度控制和质量控制)、“三管”(安全管理、合同管理和信息管理)和“一协调”(与施工各方的组织与协调)的要求。
