在油气井注水泥时水泥浆是由水泥车上的泥浆泵,将其从套管内顶替到管外环形空间的予定高度的。泵送水泥浆的压力总是随着水泥浆比重的增大而增加。如果压力超过了地层最小破裂强度,那么岩层必将被破碎,使一部分或全部的水泥浆发生漏失,可能引起循环中断造成固井失败的危险。 为了避免固井时水泥浆的漏失,采用低比重油井水泥是有效的技术措施。
In the cementing of oil and gas wells, the cement slurry is replaced by a slurry pump on the cement truck and is displaced from the casing to a predetermined height of the annular space outside the tube. The pressure of the pumped cement slurry always increases as the specific gravity of the cement slurry increases. If the pressure exceeds the minimum fracture strength of the formation, then the rock formation will be broken and some or all of the cement slurry will leak, which may cause the failure of the cementing failure due to the interruption of the cycle. In order to avoid the loss of cement slurry during cementing, the use of low-gravity oil well cement is an effective technical measure.
