在小学语文教学中,教师要注重挖掘语文学科的内在潜力,用语文学科中蕴含的文学常识、人文素养、思想品德,激发学生的学习兴趣,催生学生的学习动力,在情景交融中构建和谐师生关系,在师生互动中提高教学成效,全力推动素质教育教学的进程。教学实践中,笔者从创新语文教学模式、改进语文教学方法、优化语文教学过程、引导学生合作探究、改革激励评价方式等方面力求突破,取得了较好的成效。一、挖掘内生魅力,构建新型关系,营造宽松和谐学习氛围
