日前,由湖南有色金属研究院与大冶有色金属公司合作完成的“大冶有色金属公司铜冶炼厂总废水处理后净化水回用及水质稳定试验研究”科技成果鉴定会在北京召开,会议由中国有色金属工业协会主持。 大冶有色金属公司铜冶炼厂废水属酸性重金属废水,经石灰中和处理后部分净化水进行回用。但在回用过程中,设备、管道结垢和腐蚀严重,影响正常生产,制约了净化水的回用。经过现场调查、研究及工业试验,湖南有色金属研究院通过采用往净化水中投加水质稳定剂处理的方法,达到控制设备、管道结垢与腐蚀的目的,工艺简单易行。该项研究在大冶铜冶炼厂铜循环水系统采用净化水作补充水进行了
Recently, the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of “Scientific Research Achievements of Purification and Reuse of Water and Stabilization of Water Quality after Total Wastewater Treatment of Daye Nonferrous Metals Company Copper Smelter” completed by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and Daye Nonferrous Metals Company was held in Beijing from China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association presided over. Daye Nonferrous Metals copper smelter wastewater is an acid heavy metal wastewater, after the lime and partial purification of water for reuse. However, in the reuse process, equipment, pipe scaling and corrosion serious, affecting the normal production, restricting the reuse of purified water.
