国内目前施工钢筋混凝土烟囱常用的方法有无井架液压滑升模板法、竖井架移置模板法两人类。但其竖井架多采用型钢或钢管加工成各种类型的标准杆件,用螺栓联结成整体的多孔井架,并用风绳拉结,组成烟囱施工的垂直运输设备。这种井架存在制作组装麻烦、一次性投资多等问题。1989年8月在德州电厂四期扩建工程100m烟囱施工中,我公司采用钢管扣件井架内附着电梯移置模板法解决了上述难题。该井架结构简单,组装合理,使用安全可靠,架设拆除方便,材料可周转重复使用,节省资金。并消除了滑模施工中的中心飘移、平台扭转、混凝土
At present, the commonly used method for constructing reinforced concrete chimneys in China is whether the derrick hydraulic sliding formwork method or the vertical mast displacement template method is used by two humans. However, the vertical derrick is mostly made of steel or steel pipe into various types of standard rods, bolted into an integral porous derrick, and winded with a rope to form the vertical transport equipment for the chimney construction. This kind of derrick has the problems of production and assembly troubles, one-off investment, and so on. The structure of the derrick is simple, the assembly is reasonable, the use is safe and reliable, and the erection is easy to dismantle.
