由于受了各种规范的影响,工程界一般认为碎石中针片状颗粒(针片状颗粒以下简称A)含量不得超过15%,甚至有越少越好的看法。但是,事实上不是这样,一方面,由于从手工转入机械化生产碎石,A含量必然变多,特别是高强度碎石更是如此,如我们研究的广州东升石矿场的碎石,A含量都在40%以上;另一方面,试验也推翻了上面的看法,试验证明,碎石中A含量在40%~50%时最好,它既不明显地恶化混凝土混合物的和易性等物理性能,又能提高混凝土的强度特性。
Because of the influence of various specifications, the engineering community generally believes that the content of flaky particles (pinned granules) in gravel should not exceed 15%, and even less is better. However, in fact, this is not the case. On the one hand, due to the manual transfer of mechanized production of crushed stone, the content of A will inevitably increase. This is particularly true of high-strength crushed stone, such as the crushed stone of Dongsheng Quarry in Guangzhou, which we studied. The content is all above 40%; on the other hand, the test also overturned the above view, and the test proved that the content of A in the gravel is between 40% and 50%, and it does not obviously deteriorate the workability of the concrete mixture, etc. Physical properties can also improve the strength properties of concrete.
