目的 研究致敏的树突状细胞 (DC)治疗后黑色素瘤 (B16 )小鼠体内TNF -α及IL - 6的变化规律。方法 用冻融抗原致敏BALB/C小鼠骨髓来源的DC。ELISA法检测治疗组荷瘤小鼠、荷瘤未治组小鼠及正常小鼠体内TNF -α及IL - 6水平。结果 随时间荷瘤小鼠体内IL - 6水平逐渐升高 ,经治疗后IL - 6水平升高更为显著 ,而荷瘤未治组小鼠TNF -α水平逐渐降低经治疗后TNF -α水平显著升高。结论 经过抗原致敏的DC治疗 ,荷瘤鼠体内TNF -α、IL - 6水平显著升高 ,表明抗原致敏的DC能够增强荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤免疫反应。
Objective To study the changes of TNF-α and IL-6 in melanoma (B16) mice after sensitized dendritic cells (DCs). Methods BALB / C mouse bone marrow-derived DCs were sensitized with freeze-thaw antigen. The levels of TNF - α and IL - 6 in tumor - bearing mice, tumor - bearing mice and normal mice in treatment group were detected by ELISA. Results The level of IL - 6 in tumor - bearing mice gradually increased over time, and the level of IL - 6 increased significantly after treatment. However, the level of TNF - α in tumor - bearing mice decreased gradually Significantly increased. Conclusion After antigen - primed DC treatment, the levels of TNF - α and IL - 6 in tumor bearing mice were significantly increased, indicating that antigen - primed DC can enhance the anti - tumor immune response in tumor - bearing mice.
