混合动力汽车飞轮电池中高速复合材料飞轮的设计与开发是当今汽车行业引人瞩目的新领域 ,针对一种典型的高速复合材料飞轮进行了有限元分析 ,得出了在设计工作转速下各部件的应力水平及其分布、各部件的变形状况 ,并计算出飞轮的质量和转动惯量 ,为飞轮的研制与开发提供了重要的参考依据。
The design and development of high-speed composite flywheel in flywheel battery of hybrid vehicle is a new field attracting attention in the automotive industry. The finite element analysis of a typical high-speed composite flywheel is given. Of the stress level and its distribution, the deformation of the parts, and to calculate the flywheel mass and moment of inertia for flywheel research and development provides an important reference.
