我们射阳县三元初中创办于1980年秋天,是由新坍乡新生片四个自然村集资兴办的一所双轨制农村初中,现有6个班级256名学生,20名教职员工,学校领导有校长1人,教导副主任2人。我们这样一所农村初中,创办之初,受当时大气候的影响,也卷进了“智育第一”的旋涡,挤上了片面追求升学率的独木桥,结果出现了大面积的留级和流生。 We, Sheyang County Sanyuan Junior High was founded in the autumn of 1980.
