介绍了攀钢2号大方坯铸机45号钢动态轻压下模型参数设计基本思路。通过使用射钉、传热模型等研究方法,确定了45号钢的压下区间、压下总量等关键参数。45号钢生产实践表明:轻压下实施后,铸坯中心疏松评级小于等于0.5级的比例由之前的88.48%提高到100%,铸坯中心无缩孔比例由79.72%提高到98.74%,铸坯横断面碳偏析指数由0.88~1.11改善为0.92~1.06,45号钢内部质量显著改善。
