ITCH又称AIP4(atrophin 1相互作用蛋白4),最初是在研究小鼠表皮颜色时被发现的。
ITCH, also known as AIP4 (atrophin 1 interacting protein 4), was initially found in the study of mouse epidermal color. ITCH is a monomeric protein belonging to the homologous HECT-type ubiquitin ligase E3 family and is involved in the ubiquitination of many proteins in the body; participates in immune responses; participates in a variety of cellular processes including cell cycle, proliferation and apoptosis Death; played an important role in the formation of tumors. Now on the function of ITCH and the relationship between disease and research progress are reviewed.
