采用化学镀作为先导工艺，使陶瓷表面金属化。然后在辉光炉中进行了陶瓷—陶瓷或陶瓷—金属的无钎剂钎焊。试验表明，选用铜作为镀层材料可有效地改善陶瓷的钎焊性能；只要有足够的镀铜层厚度和合适的钎焊工艺参数，可以获得外形美观、无内在缺陷、并具有足够强度的良好接头。对工艺参数的影响、接头微观结构及结合机理进行了探讨。本方法具有广泛的应用前景。
The use of electroless plating as a precursor process, the ceramic surface metallization. Then ceramic-ceramic or ceramic-metal fluxless brazing was performed in a glow furnace. Tests show that the use of copper as the coating material can effectively improve the brazing properties of ceramics; as long as there is enough copper plating thickness and the appropriate brazing process parameters, you can get a beautiful appearance, no inherent defects, and have good enough strength joints . The influence of the process parameters, the microstructure of the joint and the bonding mechanism were discussed. The method has a wide range of applications.
