目的研究盐酸布比卡因的电化学行为,建立盐酸布比卡因电化学检测方法。方法采用循环伏安(CV)进行盐酸布比卡的电化学性质的研究,差分脉冲(DPV)法进行盐酸布比卡因的含量检测。结果在0.01mol/L高氯酸四丁基铵缓冲溶液(TBAP)中,盐酸布比卡因的微量水溶液在铂电极上的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1×10-5~2×10-4mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归相关系数为0.9958,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简便、快速,重现性好,可应用于盐酸布比卡因原料药的检测。
Objective To study the electrochemical behavior of bupivacaine hydrochloride and establish the electrochemical detection method of bupivacaine hydrochloride. Methods The electrochemical properties of bupivacaine hydrochloride were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The content of bupivacaine hydrochloride was determined by DPV method. Results In the 0.01 mol / L tetrabutylammonium perchlorate buffer solution (TBAP), the oxidation peak current of bupivacaine hydrochloride aqueous solution at platinum electrode was in the range of 1 × 10-5 ~ 2 × 10-4 mol / L range of good linear relationship, the linear regression correlation coefficient of 0.9958, the detection limit of 1.0 × 10-5mol / L. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be applied to the determination of bupivacaine hydrochloride.
