传统的多不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯的合成方法已不能满足现代保健品的要求。在减压条件下,不加催化剂,在无溶剂体系中直接用鱼油多不饱和脂肪酸与甘油酯化反应合成多不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯,考察了反应温度,反应时间以及醇酸比(摩尔比)对多不饱和脂肪酸转化率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:温度190℃,时间5h,醇酸比1∶1,在此条件下,其转化率可达到89.12%。
Traditional polyunsaturated fatty acid glycerol synthesis methods can not meet the requirements of modern health products. The synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acid glycerides by esterification of fish oil polyunsaturated fatty acid with glycerol without solvent in a solvent-free system was carried out under reduced pressure. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and alkyd ratio (molar ratio) The optimum conditions for polyunsaturated fatty acid conversion were as follows: the temperature was 190 ℃, the time was 5h, and the ratio of alkyd and acid was 1: 1. Under this condition, the conversion rate could reach 89.12%.
