p5 3是重要的细胞周期调控基因之一 ,在参与维持细胞周期的正常运行中起着重要作用。p5 3基因通过诱导细胞发生 G1 期阻滞修复损伤 DNA和诱导细胞凋亡来抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。在 p5 3基因介导细胞凋亡的通路中 ,有许多已知和未知的相关基因发生作用。本文就 p5 3基因调控细胞凋亡途径的上、下游已知基因作一综述。
p5 3 is one of the important cell cycle regulatory genes and plays an important role in participating in maintaining normal cell cycle. The p5 3 gene inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells by inducing cell arrest in G1 phase to repair DNA damage and induce apoptosis. In the p5 3 gene-mediated pathway of apoptosis, many known and unknown genes play a role. This article reviews the upstream and downstream known genes that regulate the apoptotic pathway of p5 3 gene.
