针对传统复合地基内由砂石等透水材料构成的褥垫层在黏性土地基中出现的问题,通过设置刚性和柔性两个垫层,改变桩顶与基础之间的连接方式,形成新的双垫层复合地基。在竖向荷载作用下其受力特性与复合桩基相同,可充分发挥复合地基内桩的作用,显著减少基础的沉降;在水平荷载作用下,柔性垫层可保护复合土层内素混凝土桩的安全。双垫层复合地基承载力设计与传统褥垫层复合地基相同,可直接利用载荷试验资料,通过基础荷载与基础下桩和桩间土抗力相平衡的条件来计算复合地基的变形。
