介绍了各类异形销孔的分类及成形原理,指出非圆曲面形销孔是高速强载活塞销孔结构的发展方向。对异形销孔的加工方法及存在的问题进行了分析,指出了现有加工技术的局限性。为实现各类异形销孔的精密加工,提出了一种基于磁致伸缩材料的新型镗杆结构,并对其进行了结构优化和试验验证。试验结果表明优化结果是合理的,为异形销孔的加工提供了一条新途径。
The classification and forming principle of various shaped pin holes are introduced. It is pointed out that the non - circular curved pin holes are the development direction of the pin hole structure with high speed and high load. The processing method of the special shaped pin hole and the existing problems are analyzed, and the limitation of the existing processing technology is pointed out. In order to realize the precision machining of various shaped pin holes, a new type of boring bar structure based on magnetostrictive material was proposed and its structure was optimized and tested. The test results show that the optimization result is reasonable and provides a new way for the processing of shaped pin holes.
