妇产科本身具有学科的特殊性及收治患者的特殊性,使得妇产科成为临床上医疗纠纷的高发科室。因此,在妇产科的临床中,必要的、有效的医患沟通显得尤为重要。在妇产科的临床工作中,必须做到充分尊重患者、极力保护患者的知情同意权,并且不断地提升医务工作人员的医患沟通能力,进而有效缓解医患矛盾,从而避免医疗纠纷的发生。
