目的了解目前绵阳市食品污染状况,为确定国家食品污染物水平提供基础数据。方法选择市内有代表性的6个地区,随机采集了15类414份样品进行了农药、重金属、食品添加剂等49个项目的检测。结果 414件样品中,合格样品数为385份,合格率为93.00%,其中蔬菜合格率为93.59%,肉类及其制品合格率为91.11%,粉丝、粉条、发酵面制品、腐竹类样品合格率为50.00%,饮料、冷冻饮品类合格率为90.00%,辣椒、花椒制品合格率为93.33%,水发产品合格率为70.00%,其余样品全部符合食品安全国家标准。结论 2014年绵阳市食品的整体卫生质量良好,但部分食品的卫生质量不容乐观,应加强对有机磷农药残留量、重金属等食品化学污染物的卫生管理和监测。
Objective To understand the current status of food contamination in Mianyang City and provide the basic data for determining the level of food contamination in the country. Methods A total of 49 samples of 15 types and 414 pesticides were collected from 6 representative cities in the city. 49 pesticides, heavy metals and food additives were detected. Results Among 414 samples, the number of qualified samples was 385 and the pass rate was 93.00%, among which the passing rate of vegetables was 93.59%, the passing rate of meat and its products was 91.11%, and the samples of vermicelli, vermicelli, fermented noodles and dried yam qualified The rate of 50.00%, beverage, frozen drinks qualified rate of 90.00%, pepper, pepper products pass rate of 93.33%, water products passing rate of 70.00%, the remaining samples all meet the national food safety standards. Conclusion In 2014, the overall hygiene quality of food in Mianyang City was good, but the hygienic quality of some foods was not optimistic. Health management and monitoring of the residues of organophosphorus pesticide residues, heavy metal and other chemical pollutants should be strengthened.
