滴定分析法是通过滴定操作,根据所需标准溶液的体积和浓度来确定试样中待测成分含量的一种分析方法。因使用仪器设备简单,对含量较高物质的测定准确度高,同时在仪器分析中关于方法准确性的校验以及试样的处理等都需要用到它,因而广泛地应用于实验、科研、生产中,起着基础性的作用。为了减少误差,提高分析结果的准确性,教师要充分认识到操作环节中可能出现的错误,采取相应措施以减小误差,提高实验的精确度。本人就实际教学中产生误差的常见原因分析如下。 Titrimetric analysis is a titration operation, according to the required standard solution volume and concentration to determine the content of the sample to be tested an analytical method. It is widely used in experiment, research, manufacture and application because it is simple to use and has high accuracy for the determination of substances with high content. Meanwhile, it needs to be used in instrument analysis to check the accuracy of the method and sample processing. Production, plays a fundamental role. In order to reduce the error and improve the accuracy of the analysis results, teachers should fully recognize the errors that may occur in the operation and take corresponding measures to reduce the error and improve the accuracy of the experiment.
