调查发现湖北西部一种野生五味子,当地称“北五味子”。经鉴定为兴山五味子Schisandra incarnata。从种子中分离得到襄五脂素(chicanine)和β-谷甾醇。药理实验表明,兴山五味子的乙醇提取物有降酶和镇静作用。 The investigation found that a wild schisandra in western Hubei Province was called “Northern Schisandra”. It was identified as Schisandra incarnata. Chicanine and β-sitosterol were isolated from seeds. Pharmacological experiments have shown that the ethanol extract of Hwangshan Schizandra has a reduced enzyme and sedative effect.
