目的 应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图 (PDE)测定正常新生儿右心功能。方法 应用PDE检测 5 1例正常新生儿肺动脉瓣和三尖瓣的血流参数 ,分别按性别及日龄分组 ,进行统计学处理。结果 ①各测量值与性别无关 ;②部分测量值与日龄有关 ,随着时间推移 ,部分指标有一定倾向性变化 ,肺动脉瓣的PV及AC ,三尖瓣的PAV及FD呈减低倾向 ,三尖瓣的PEV ,E/A呈增加倾向。结论 分析正常新生儿右心功能测定值可能与新生儿血流动力学的变化密切相关。
Objective To determine the right heart function of normal neonates by pulsed Doppler echocardiography (PDE). Methods PDE was used to detect the blood flow parameters of pulmonary artery valve and tricuspid valve in 51 normal neonates. The blood flow parameters were divided into groups according to sex and age. Results ① The measured values were not related to sex; ② Some measured values were related to age. With the passage of time, some indicators tended to change. The PV and AC of the pulmonary valve, the PAV and FD of the tricuspid valve tended to decrease. Cusp of PEV, E / A showed an increasing tendency. Conclusion The analysis of normal newborn right heart function test may be closely related with the changes of neonatal hemodynamics.
