目的:优选盾叶薯蓣醇提物中薯蓣皂素的提取工艺。方法:采用超临界CO_2萃取技术和正交实验设计研究盾叶薯蓣提取物中薯蓣皂素的最佳提取条件,以薯蓣皂苷元作为对照品,采用比色法测定含量。结果:优选提取工艺为:用3倍量无水乙醇作夹带剂、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间2 h;结论:该法可综合利用资源,大幅减少废水的生成,减少环境污染,生产周期也明显缩短。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of diosgenin from ethanol extract of Dioscorea zingiberensis. METHODS: The optimum extraction conditions of diosgenin from Dioscorea zingiberensis extract were studied by supercritical CO_2 extraction and orthogonal experiments. Diosgenin was used as a reference substance and the content was determined by colorimetry. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 3 times absolute ethanol as entrainer, extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 50 °C, and extraction time 2 h; Conclusion: This method can comprehensively utilize resources, drastically reduce waste water generation, and reduce environmental impact. Pollution, production cycle is also significantly shortened.
