目前,职业教育存在着功利化倾向,不利于职业教育的健康发展。职业学校本来具有双重任务,一是为社会培养合格的公民,二是为用人单位培养合格的技能型人才。但在实际工作中,或者说在一些职业教育办学者的办学理念和指导思想中,都忽略了第一个方面的任务,把职业教育看成纯粹是为“职业”而举办的“教育”。沿着这个路子走下去,职业学校的路子就会越来越窄,学生的适应能力就会越来越差,专业设置以及课程体系就会更加不重视夯实基础。教育一旦有了功利性,其崇高性、理想性必然消失殆尽。在这样的情势下,素质教育在职业学校里就没有了位
At present, vocational education has the tendency of utilitarianism, which is not conducive to the healthy development of vocational education. Vocational schools have always had a dual mission, one for the community to train qualified citizens, the second is for the employing units to train qualified skilled personnel. However, in practical work, or in some schools of thought and guiding ideology for running a business, scholars have neglected the task of the first aspect and regarded the vocational education as purely for “occupation” education". Going along this path, the path of vocational schools will be narrower and narrower, the adaptability of students will get worse and worse, and the professional settings and curriculum system will pay more attention to consolidating the foundation. Once education is utilitarian, its nobleness and ideality inevitably disappear. In this situation, quality education has no place in vocational schools
