在页岩目标层进行体积压裂得到复杂缝网是获得页岩气经济产能的关键。缝网几何形态参数是评价体积压裂好坏的核心指标,对压裂优化设计、压后产能预测有重要意义。在总结页岩气体积压裂特性的基础上,探讨线网模型的建模思路、缝网几何形态描述方法及参数计算数学模型,并分析指出该模型优缺点。结合美国Marcellus区块现场案例对线网模型进行缝网几何形态参数计算。结果表明,天然裂缝发育的页岩层在体积压裂作用下,易形成复杂缝网,增大压裂改造体积,提高页岩气产能。线网模型能有效表征复杂缝网几何特征,模拟缝网流体流动规律,获得缝网几何形态参数。
Volume fracturing at shale target levels to obtain complex seam networks is the key to obtaining shale gas economic productivity. The geometrical parameters of the seam network are the core indicators for evaluating the quality of the fracturing, which is of great significance to the optimal design of the fracturing and the prediction of the post-press capacity. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of shale gas volume fracturing, this paper discusses the modeling ideas of wire mesh model, the description method of seam net geometry and the mathematical model of parameter calculation, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the model. Combined with the case of Marcellus Block in the United States, the geometrical parameters of the seam net were calculated. The results show that the shale layer with natural fractures is easy to form complex seam network under the effect of volumetric fracturing, which increases the volume of fracturing and improves shale gas productivity. The wire mesh model can effectively characterize the geometric characteristics of the complex seam network, simulate the fluid flow in the seam network, and obtain the geometrical parameters of the seam network.
