1984年,北京地铁从日本引进的电动客车轴箱弹簧装置采用了二级刚度圆弹簧和单侧双拉板定位。本文针对初期运行中轴箱弹簧装置安全角螺母发生滑扣损坏、脱落和紧固失效的故障,从强度理论上通过对螺栓预紧力及其承载能力的分析,以及实际采取的对策,证实了此故障是由于对弹簧装置有关部件的公差考虑不周和螺栓紧固力矩不足所致。可供在二级刚度轴箱弹簧装置设计中借鉴。
