池杉个体之间存在着显著的表型性状差异,在无性繁殖中表现出遗传上的稳定性。这为我们开展定向选择提供了依据。为了使我省农田林网、四旁绿化林木良种化,实现速生丰产,林带生长整齐,尽快发挥防护效益和经济效益,我们从1977年以来连续三年进行了池杉无性系选择和早期测定试验。现将试验初步结果小结如下。一、材料和方法1.生长期末,在条件一致的1年生池杉实生苗地测定苗木平均高、粗生长量。在平均苗高2倍标准差以上、0.1%选择强度,以及下列形质指标:(1)苗木粗壮,顶端生长优势旺盛,无双顶现象;(2)干形端直、茎干粗细匀
There are significant differences in phenotypic traits among individuals of Ipomoea japonica, showing genetic stability in asexual reproduction. This provides the basis for our directional choice.
