机械加工中,用压板压紧工件时,往往由于压板与工件之间不易达到面接触,常常要用垫片等办法来改善接触情况,否则会使压紧不稳定,容易使工件走动乃至造成事故。作者在实践中设计了一种带浮动压脚的压板,这种压板结构很简单,如图1所示。由于压板一头采用了球面压脚结构,压紧时压脚上球面能在压脚平面所受的偏心力矩的作用下自动调整至最佳接触压紧位置,即反力方向垂直指向压脚下平面。实际使用证明达到设计效果,用于大型机床更为适宜。
